COSMETIC WHEEL REPAIR & CUSTOM POLISHING

With our specialized tools, custom paints and processes, we can remove curb rash, scrapes, gouges and discoloration caused by age. We use specialized techniques which ensure a match with the undamaged wheels.
There are many variations of standard silver wheel finishes depending on the concentration of metallic within the paint. Polished aluminum wheels can also be refurbished to like -new condition.

RIM STRAIGHTENING

The experts at PCMW can straighten virtually any bent car or truck rim. Whether it's a 15" OEM or a 24" custom rim -- no job is too small or too large. This includes steel, aluminum, and chrome rims
PCMW has the equipment to get the job done right. Each rim is first inspected with a highly sensitive measuring instrument, to determine the exact location and severity of the bend. The damaged area is then repaired back to the original manufacturer's specifications, by using very specialized wheel straightening machinery.

POWDER COATING

PCMW offers powder coating. Powder coating provides an attractive and durable finish, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, impact and abrasion. The powder comes in a wide range of colors and finishes and is extremely durable and long lasting.
This type of finishing produces a high specification coating which is tough, hard and abrasion resistant. Refinishing with powder coating is a great way to make old wheels look new again.

WELDING

Potholes or curbs can cause a small crack in a wheel. Metal fatigue can also cause small cracks. PCMW technicians are trained to handle this type of repair and use only top quality welders.
Some cracks are unsafe to weld, such as those located on the spoke of a rim. In this case, your PCMW technician may be able to offer you cost effective, wheel replacement solutions.
